By downloading, installing, or using Max Buy ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of the App

Max Buy is a calculator tool only. It helps sports card resellers calculate a max buy price, expected profit, ROI, and a Buy / Pass / Negotiate result based on values the user enters, including asking price, recent comp, selling fee percentage, shipping cost, other costs, and desired margin.

No Financial or Investment Advice

Max Buy does not provide financial advice, investment advice, professional resale advice, live pricing data, or guaranteed outcomes. The app is not a substitute for your own research and judgment.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for verifying comps, fees, shipping costs, taxes, condition, authenticity, and resale assumptions before purchasing any item. All buying decisions are made solely by the user.

No Guarantee of Profit

Max Buy does not guarantee profit. Calculations are estimates based on the values you enter. Actual results will vary based on market conditions, transaction fees, shipping costs, taxes, card condition, authenticity, and other factors outside the scope of the app.

Marketplace Data Disclaimer

Max Buy does not provide live card values and does not scrape marketplace data. All comp data used in calculations is entered manually by the user.

Local Data Storage

Presets, saved deal entries, and other information you enter are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this information. You are responsible for backing up any information you wish to preserve.

Intellectual Property

Max Buy and all related content, design, and branding are the property of Hot Corner Collectibles. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the app except as permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hot Corner Collectibles is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Max Buy, including but not limited to losses related to buying or selling sports cards.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date above. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
